Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
A receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.
Personalized or perishable items are not eligible for return.

How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@inveglo.com with your order number and reason for the return.
We will provide instructions on how and where to send your item.
Please note:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
The return address will be provided upon approval of your return request.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund is approved or rejected. If approved:
A refund will be processed to your original method of payment.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at info@inveglo.com with a description of the issue and photos. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return and place a new order.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:

Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Contact your bank — there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
